Smoked meatloaf sandwiches are now on the menu! Caramelized onions add some depth and sweetness, and smoked gouda adds a nice richness to pull it all together. Pair it with Grant's new hot chocolate (with or without a house booze mix, but always with roasted marshmallows) and you've got yourself a guaranteed cure for the chills.

Stop in for some of our hearty brisket chili this week! It's served on top of fresh cornbread with a lime crema, queso chihuahua and onions with just enough heat to warm you up.

What a difference a day makes! Probably about eight inches on the ground so far and it seems like it's picking up steam.

We're going to switch up our hours for the winter right before the trails open for the season, with the big difference being that we'll be open at 11:30 every day. Along with the earlier opening, we're also going to add some fun new food items like brisket chili, walking tacos and pulled pork every day of the week once snow conditions are solid. However, we'll be closing at 8:00 every night, so plan your stops accordingly!

Chicago dogs have landed on the menu! From the poppy seed bun to the sport peppers and green relish, we’ve done our best to get the details right. The phrase “dragged through the garden” is often used to describe them, and we went out of our way to drag these through the .farm garden since they’ve already got amazing tomatoes available for us. Come get your fix this weekend!

The Clover Club is a classic gin sour with raspberry, and starting tomorrow we'll be thrilled to share it with you in slushy form! It's tart, fruity and a perfect choice for an early summer day.

We're also serving barbecue on Wednesday through Sunday now, and Chicago style hot dogs will be launching later this week. Make us your first and last stop on your trip through the Keweenaw!

We’ve been playing around with cocktails lately, and the Banana Boat has been our latest favorite. Think martini, but with whisky. Then add banana and some herbal bitterness and you’ve got a killer smooth summer sipper!

Rye and gin form a split base in the Cold Snap, one of our new spring cocktails. The star ingredient, though, is a syrup made with fennel and sugar snap peas that brings in light and fresh vegetal notes that play off of the dry vermouth and lemon juice in a way that compels another sip.

We’re closed today, Monday the 28th, but we’ll be opening tomorrow with four killer beers on draft from our friends at Old Nation Brewing! The tap list will include the fan favorite Tart Strawberry M-43, plus Single Double and two pub exclusive beers that were sent up just for our event. They’re small barrels, so don’t miss out!

We're launching an updated cocktail menu today with some light and fun spring drinks, and we also have smoked spare ribs with chef Jeremy's Carolina Gold barbecue sauce while they last! They're served by the bone, so you can snag one or two just to scratch that barbecue itch.

Ribs and pork will continue to be available Friday through Sunday until traffic picks up towards the end of May. Come see us!
