🍺 The Catalyst Effect is here.

Our latest B**r Club lineup from Catalyst Crafted Ales brought three very different pours to the table:

🇮🇹 Vesuvio Italian Pilsner — crisp, clean, refreshing
🌊 Exchange Variation West Coast IPA — bright, bitter, classic West Coast energy
☀️ Paradise Valley Hazy IPA — soft, juicy, and easy-drinking

Different styles. One Arizona brewery. Plenty to discover.

If you joined us for B**r Club, which one was your favorite?

And if you missed it, these Catalyst b**rs are still worth stopping in for while they’re around. 🍻

🍕🍷 Pairing of the Week

Sometimes the best pairings are the classics.

This week we’re pairing our pepperoni pizza with a glass of Spinelli Sangiovese.

The bright acidity of the Sangiovese cuts through the richness of the cheese and pepperoni, while its red-fruit and savory notes play perfectly with the tomato sauce and crispy crust.

Simple. Balanced. Delicious.

Pepperoni Pizza + Spinelli Sangiovese
A pairing that just makes sense.

Stop in and try it for yourself. 🍷🍕

🍷 Two incredible nights of W**e Club!

A huge thank-you to Brandon from SLO Down W**es for joining us, sharing the stories behind the bottles, and making this month’s tasting such a memorable experience.

Great w**e brought us together, but the conversations, laughter, and community made the evening special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us—whether you’re a longtime W**e Club member or attended for the first time. We loved raising a glass with you.

Here’s to discovering new w**es, meeting the people behind them, and sharing more great nights together at The Greedy Hamster. 🥂
