1.5 oz Gin 75 oz lemon juice 5 oz raspberry syrup
And for a frothy 😶‍🌫️ cocktail, add an egg white and give it a hard dry shake.
Serve in a coupe and garnish with a couple raspberries

We have a casino themed party this weekend and we could not be more excited.

When we have events like this we tag team them even if the event doesn’t need a second bartender so that we can get content and so that we can spend time doing things that may be a little more time consuming (like juicing per cocktail, manicuring garnishes, etc).
Attention to detail is always key👌🏼🗝️
