There’s always something happening at Rally! 🍂🎤

We’ve got a full week of fun lined up, from the soft opening of Curbside King on Wednesday to karaoke, 90’s country, and live music all happening right here in the heart of Phoenix.

Whether you’re stopping by for lunch, grabbing a cold drink after work, or making a night of it with friends, Rally is the place to be. You don’t have to wait for an event to join us — we’re open during our regular hours, too!

Bring your people, pull up a seat, and make yourself at home. We’ll see you at Rally! 🤎

Back to the Roots. Open Wednesday this week at Rally at ETHOS!

It feels incredible to be back in the kitchen. We still have decals and the menu board to finish. The kitchen is immaculate.

So, what’s the deal with Ethos??

The amazing people behind Ethos were instrumental in helping me execute this new food truck in the timely manner. From first meeting, til current. We build the city back up together.

I was fortunate enough to have some amazing people in my corner. Huge thanks to my sister and brother, my aunt and uncle, and of course Hula Grill Gabe Kahae. You guys made this possible.

Lastly, come get food! This kitchen opens up my cooking possibilities immensely! It’s gonna be a good time!

I appreciate you all more than I can express! Thank you for making southern Oregon home to Curbside!
