Slow Thursday mornings at Moxie look a little something like this.

While we’re waiting for the lunch crowd to roll in, I’m over here making SCOBY starter kits!

It’s definitely not for the weak 😂 but watching these little guys turn tea into delicious, bubbly kombucha never gets old.

Fermentation is messy, weird, and a whole lot of fun. And honestly… we wouldn’t have it any other way. 💚
