We’re thrilled to welcome Daniela Villasuso (Dani Villasuso), Mijenta Tequila’s Events & Culture Ambassador of Mexico, for an exclusive educational experience typically offered ONLY at the Mijenta Distillery in Jalisco.

Born and raised in Zacatecas, Daniela has spent over a decade championing Mexico’s agave heritage. A certified Mezcalier with advanced qualifications in agave spirits and tequila production, she’s visited over 60 distilleries throughout Mexico and shared her expertise internationally, including at Tales of the Cocktail.

During this intimate seminar, Daniela will deconstruct the art and science of añejo tequila, exploring how agave, distillation, barrel selection, and maturation influence the spirit’s flavor, aroma, and complexity.

STOP TROP & ROLL 🥭 | Cocktails for a Cause at Highball

Good spirits. Great people. An even greater purpose.

Earlier this month, we teamed up with Saint Benevolence Rum Kiowa Bryan and founder Chase to host Daiqs for Racks, a friendly speed daiquiri competition amongst local bartenders raising funds for breast cancer treatment for the underserved communities in Haiti through Innovating Health International (IHI).

We pledged $1 from every cocktail sold that evening, and thanks to all of you (and a LOT of cocktails), we raised $225!

But the giving doesn’t stop there. Philanthropy is at the heart of Saint Benevolence’s mission. For every case of their Haitian rum sold, the brand funds one week of chemotherapy for a cancer patient in Haiti through IHI. And during October, they’re DOUBLING their commitment in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

With just a few days left in October, we’re making one final push to turn our Stop Trop & Roll, featuring Saint Benevolence Mango Haitian Clairin, into our top-selling cocktail of the month. An easy win for all.
