The Bad Tickers area a central New England live act consisting of two guitars, stand-up bass, drums, sax and harmonica. From blues to bluegrass, pop to rock, country to punk and everywhere in between, the Bad Tickers play it from the heart.

Day Three of the annual Appleseed Country Fair kicks off with Very-Kate & Ashley performing on the Brew Barn Stage from 11am-1pm!

Featuring an apple cannon, touch a truck event, wood stacking competition by Central Mass Tree, sheepdog herding demo at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm, an obstacle course by the National Guard, over 20 incredible vendors, and so much more.

Plus, pick your own apples, sunflowers, pumpkins, potatoes, peaches, and Japanese lanterns!🍑🍎🎃

$15 admission per car load benefiting the local fire associations!

Daniel Joseph Cormier is a seasoned musician from Fitchburg, Massachusetts, who has been playing for audiences with his diverse talents since 1996. A self-taught guitarist, keyboardist, and vocalist, Dan’s musical style is shaped by a deep love for iconic artists like The Beatles, the Grateful Dead, Paul Simon, and Phish. Drawing from these influences, he has developed a unique blend of rock, jam, and improvisational sounds, creating a dynamic presence on stage. Dan’s passion for music and versatility as a performer has made him a standout figure in the local music scene for nearly three decades.

Join us Friday, September 4th for Bluegrass Night ft. Cesar Moreno & Maddie Cody performing on the Brew Barn Stage from 6-8! 🎶

🎤Maddie Cody is a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter. Raised in Colorado, she took to music early, picking up guitar at the age of six. Much of her musical knowledge was shaped by years at bluegrass festivals. She has been touring full-time with her band "The Cody Sisters" for the past six years. Recently, the group relocated to New York City and have been playing festivals further east such as ROMP and Red Wing.

With the group, Maddie plays guitar, clawhammer banjo, and sings both lead and harmony vocals. In 2025, they placed first in the Freshgrass Band award. In addition to her work with The Cody Sisters, Maddie has been involved in projects such as the Meltdown Sisters, a band celebrating women in bluegrass (2022). Her musical journey has taken her to stages across the United States and the United Kingdom.

🎤Cesar Moreno, born and raised in the Bronx, has been performing professionally for over a decade, touring nationally and internationally with The Bushwick Mountain Boys. Whether on mandolin, banjo, or guitar, he brings thoughtful instrumental virtuosity shaped by deep study of a range of musical traditions and a steady, soothing singing voice adept at harmony.

“Maddie and I are excited to be playing a whole slew of shows in September in Brooklyn, Vermont, and Massachusetts. We started playing together in the winter of 2025, and it has been such a delight. We’re excited to show y’all what we’re cooking up!”
