Oregon friends, this one's for you. 🌿☀️

Summer isn't just wedding season.

It's backyard birthdays.
Family reunions.
Graduation parties.
Anniversary celebrations.
Baby showers.
Neighborhood cookouts.
Those random Saturday gatherings that somehow become the memories everyone talks about for years.

At Trailside Travelers, we're here to help make those moments a little sweeter.

Fresh lemonade? Absolutely.
Flavored iced teas? You bet.
Swiss rolls and cupcakes? One of my favorite things to make.

Need gluten-free options?
We've got you covered.

Every drink and dessert is made with quality ingredients because the people you're gathering with deserve your best.

The truth is, we're not just serving beverages and baked goods.

We're helping create a place where people slow down, connect, laugh, and enjoy being together.

And honestly, that's my favorite part.

So tell me...

Where could you see a mobile bar and bakery experience fitting into your summer plans?

A wedding?
A birthday?
A family reunion?
A backyard celebration?

I'd love to hear what you're planning. 🍋🧁🍹

Top 5 places I love setting up the bar for weddings 🍸✨

#5 — The Ranch

Give me a ranch house, a patch of shade, and some wildflowers growing wherever they please. That's all the decor I need.

#4 — The Barn

A little hay on the floor? Perfect. Add some sunflowers and suddenly we're living in a country love story.

#3 — The Forest

Tucked between cedars or redwoods with ferns and azaleas nearby. Nature already built the venue—we just show up and enjoy it.

#2 — The Patio or Deck

Bonus points if there's a gazebo. Maybe a pool. Maybe not. Hanging baskets and potted plants make everything feel effortless and inviting.

#1 — The Garden

The flowers are already there. The colors are already perfect. Every direction feels like a photo opportunity.

Honestly, I don't think there's a wrong place for a bar.

Anywhere people gather, laugh, celebrate, and make memories is my favorite place to be.

So tell me...

Where are you getting married, and where would you want me to set up?

Walking outside is so good for the soul!

05/27/2026

But what you didn’t expect were the conversations afterward.

The way people stayed longer than usual.
The way strangers became friends by the end of the night.
The way your dad laughed harder than he has in months.
The way your best friend pulled you aside and said:
“Honestly… this feels different.”

Because it wasn’t just cocktails.

It was atmosphere.
It was community.
It was slowing down long enough to actually be together.

The lawn games came out.
People put their phones away.
Someone started telling stories from years ago.
Your grandma danced.
Your cousin cried laughing.
Nobody wanted the night to end.

And afterward?
Everybody kept talking about how the event FELT.

That’s the kind of night we hope to create every single time.

Not just a bar.

A place people remember.

As we close out EMS Week 2026, I keep coming back to one simple thing:

we need each other.

Real conversations.
Real community.
Real time spent together outside of work, stress, notifications, and nonstop schedules.

Some of the best moments happen around a table, behind a bar, at a community gathering, over coffee, baked goods, or shared stories after a long shift. That’s the stuff people remember. That’s the stuff that keeps people connected.

So check on your people. Invite everyone. Bring back the backyard gatherings, the community events, the late-night conversations, and the moments where people can actually slow down and feel seen again.

To all the EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, dispatchers, nurses, law enforcement officers, and first responders out there — thank you for everything you pour into your communities every single day.

We’ll keep cheering you on from behind the bar 🌲🍸🤍

Honestly, community gatherings, baked goods, and EMS crews are the backbone of society.

Because tell me why every EMS person acts like:
“I’m fine.”

…while surviving exclusively on:
• caffeine
• gas station snacks
• sarcasm
• and one suspiciously dry brownie somebody brought to the station three days ago 😭

And yet somehow?
Bring out fresh baked banana bread at a community event and suddenly the entire ambulance crew appears out of nowhere like woodland creatures.

No lights.
No sirens.
Just:
👀 “Who made this?”

Honestly, baked goods might be the closest thing we have to emotional support equipment at this point 😂🍞

That’s one of my favorite things about community gatherings though. Good food, good people, stories being shared, coworkers laughing together, and everybody getting a chance to feel human for a minute outside of the chaos.

So cheers to the EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, dispatchers, nurses, cops, and all the people keeping communities running.

And cheers to whoever keeps bringing the snacks.
You’re the real MVP 😌🤎

Tuesday’s current obsession: baking like somebody’s woodland grandmother with a luxury ingredient budget 🌲🍌✨

Listen… I don’t just USE vanilla.

I make the vanilla from scratch 😌

Because apparently buying regular vanilla and moving on with my life was simply never an option.

And honestly? You can taste the difference.

Today’s masterpiece:
Organic banana bread with rich homemade vanilla, warm cinnamon, brown sugar, and just enough flair to make you feel emotionally supported after one bite 😂

This is one of my favorite parts about Trailside. The little details. The craftsmanship. The fact that I genuinely love creating things that make people slow down and enjoy themselves for a minute.

Whether it’s behind the bar or in the kitchen, I want it to feel warm, thoughtful, and made with intention.

Also… if baking banana bread at 10am on a Tuesday while listening to dramatic music is wrong, I don’t want to be right 🤎🍞

It’s EMS Week 🚑🤍

And if there’s one thing I’ve learned from being around the first responder world for so long, it’s that EMS somehow always ends up being the quiet backbone holding everything together.

The ones who show up in the middle of chaos, walk into situations nobody wants to be in, and somehow still find a way to care deeply for complete strangers on some of the worst days of their lives.

And yet… they’re often the last ones recognized.

The last to sit down.
The last to leave shift.
The last to talk about what they carry.

At Trailside Travelers, community means everything to us, and first responders have always been a huge part of that community. Not because of the uniforms or titles, but because of the kind of people this work attracts. The ones who show up for others over and over again, even when they’re exhausted themselves.

That’s why I care so much about creating spaces where people can breathe a little. Laugh with coworkers. Tell stories. Let their shoulders drop for a minute and just feel human again.

Because the job takes a lot out of people. And sometimes a drink, a conversation, a handshake, or simply feeling seen goes a lot further than most people realize.

So this week, we’re raising a glass to EMTs and paramedics everywhere. We see you. We appreciate you. And we’ll always have a spot for you at the bar 🌲🍸

Why did the firefighter bring a ladder to the bar?
Because the drinks were on the house 😌

Why don’t cops play hide and seek?
Because good luck hiding when they’ve already asked three witnesses what you were wearing 😂

Why did the EMT break up with the calendar?
Too many dates.

Why are firefighters terrible at relaxing?
Because they’re trained to respond to literally everything.

And why do first responders make the BEST wedding guests?

Because nobody commits harder to:
• dancing badly
• overexplaining stories
• and turning “one drink” into a four-hour bonding experience 🍸

Happy Friday, friends.
Stay safe, stay hydrated, and please stop telling the bartender “you probably need my badge number” 😭

People think bartending weddings is mostly about drinks.

But honestly? My favorite part is the people.

The conversations behind the bar.
The random life stories.
The connections you make in one single night.

Especially in the first responder world… somehow everybody knows somebody. You walk into a wedding as strangers and leave realizing your worlds overlap in ten different ways.

It’s one of my favorite things about Trailside.

Not just serving drinks —
creating moments people actually remember 🍸
