The Pip’s crew has decided it’s still too close to call. Y’all were almost perfectly split between both camps, and since we haven’t quite sold out yet, we’re extending the 2-for-$5 deal through this week so even more folks can cast their votes!

🍏NEW RELEASE!!!!🍏 We're excited to introduce the Pompadour Rośe-Style Cider! This carefully crafted cider combines Roxbury Russet, Ashmead’s Kernel, and Wickson crabapples, rested on rehydrated Chambourcin grape skins, and blended with a hint of wine. The result is a pale pink cider with flavors of ripe cherries, honey, and yellow apple, with a subtle vinous finish. 8% ABV. Try it on draft, in single cans, or 4pks TOGO!

April 19th,2026: Sunday, the Ploughman/Pip’s crew held our 1st King Bloom Open to kick off CBC week! Despite a cold, wet morning, the Sun decided to shine brightly just in time for us to welcome friends and colleagues to our new home on Lee street. We are thankful for everyone who came through to support us! We’d like to extend our gratitude to our judges Claire () & Irene () for all of their support/hard work in maintaining a fair and organized competition! Here's something new! A blindly judged, statewide cider competition - or just a really good excuse for a fun party during bloomtime! We're taking all the branding off the bottles and letting the liquid speak for itself, culminating in two treasured prizes. The People's Choice, as voted by you, the cider-loving public. And King Bloom Champion, as determined by votes from the entrants themselves. Will they vote for themselves? Will they know the difference? The only thing we know for sure is we're coming hungry, cuz Ulupica is making Bolivian food, PAYG.

Hey friends, the Pip’s crew is heading to Cider Con!!! We will be closed this Monday (2/2) through Thursday (2/6) as our amazing staff travels to Providence, Rhode Island for a week of Cider Adventures!!! Cider Con is a yearly opportunity for Cider professionals and enthusiasts alike to participate in educational sessions, tastings & networking. We know you’ll miss us while we’re gone, but we look forward to sharing all the cool things we’ll learn and experience when we return Friday (2/7)!!! Stock up on your favorite before we take off!
