Perfect day for a brew. Citra IPA.

After a brief hiatus we are back to brewing. Today we are brewing a New England style IPA.
The NEIPA is a fairly new “style”. It’s a hazy IPA with more hop flavor and less bitterness. This is achieved by mostly late hop additions. It’s been considered the anti-IPA for those reasons. Many breweries have attempted this style, but few have mastered it. We’re gonna give it a whirl.
