Happy Birthday David!

Today is David’s Birthday. He was never one to make a big deal about his Birthday. Today, as you can imagine, is and probably will be the most poignant birthday of his we will ever experience. I have yet to communicate with everyone since his wake. I want to at this time thank everyone for your love and support on such a difficult day for us. The outpouring of love and number of people that took time out to honor his life was beyond overwhelming. In fact I have not really had the capacity to reflect on it. I am still taking things hour by hour. For those of you that couldn’t make it that day, I feel the love, no worries there. I’m sorry all I had for everyone that day was a greeting, but in reality I think if I had all the time in the world that is all I could have mustered. I hope to at some point to catch up with each and everyone of you as the one thing I can reflect on from that day is how fortunate I am to have so many people in my life that I love so much. I would spend an evening with everyone of you and love every moment. Thank You Everyone again from every part of my being. Happy Birthday David Hentz! You left a hole in our lives as big as your personality. Be safe everyone and please take the time to check out a sunset or smell a flower and certainly call someone and tell them you love them. If you could do it in honor of David’s Birthday I know that would make him so freaking happy! Post the pictures for me, that would make me smile.

It is with unmeasurable sadness that I am posting this. Last night Sunday March 4th at 12:35 am David James Hentz left this life. There is never enough time. There are never enough words. If his plans worked out… he is cooking a meal with Anthony Bourdain while Chris Cornell is singing for them. I will give information on his Irish Wake as soon I can.

Deb here! I sure hope everyone is doing great. I miss you all!!!! I miss seeing your faces, catching up, feeding you, quenching your thirst, cheering on the Eagles, playing cards against humanity, late night dart games and people watching on 2nd st! Let me know what’s going on with you! I have started a new career! I am now working for a new dispensary in NJ. I would love love love if that’s your thang to have you stop by and see me some time if your near Hammonton NJ. At the very least could I asked you to share, like, or follow our page. When and if you stop in I can’t promise you David’s Balls on a plate nor can I promise you Candy Cane lights but I can promise you a big smile, a big hug and perhaps a small tear!
