Whether it is a small private party, or a big formal occasion for hundreds of guests, we can do it all for you, from the set-up all the way to the clean-up and everything in between

nced, professional, hard-working and friendly. They will show up on time and are appropriately dressed for your occasion. Some of the services offered are as follows:
Once your party is booked and confirmed, I will send you a shopping list for party supplies and a liquor list so you have the appropriate amounts for the number of guests invited. Set-up of tables/chairs
Linen and napkin placement
Formal or casual place settings
Set-up of food and beverage stations. Last minute prep work or cooking example, arranging vegetable or cheese trays
Set-up of bar and bar service
Replenishment of food and beverage throughout your event
Coordination with caterer (if applicable) during delivery of food
We even grill at summer BBQ"S
Prepare and plate appetizers, main course, side dishes, etc. if needed
Set-up the buffet table, serve guests food from behind the buffet table
Heating up appetizers and the butlering of the appetizers
Constant attendance to trash throughout the event
Coffee/Tea service set-up
Cutting and serving of cake
Set-up of dessert table
Clean up and packaging of left over food
Full clean-up following the event, kitchen and party area. Break down of tables/chairs
Washing of any utensils, dishes, glasses, pots/pans, etc. Sweeping and mopping of floor
We can do all of this and more, just ask
All our bartenders are RAMP certified, and all servers are Serv-safe certified too
No party too large or too small. We have staff for any occasion! Can staff events up to 500 guests
If you are a caterer, and don't have enough staff for your event and are in need of servers and bartenders, I always have staff available at the last minute
I have staff available for all your joyous celebrations, Weddings, birthdays, 1st communions, christenings, corporate work events, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Birthday parties especially 1st birthdays and all of your FABULOUS EVENTS
We are also available for funeral luncheons and shivas as well
