J.C Dobbs, opened in 1975 and was a first stop for many major bands such as Green Day, Tool, Rage Against The Machine, Pearl Jam and Nirvana!
DOBBS On South is now hiring daytime bartenders.
Bartender responsibilities consist of some or all of the following:�
* Mix traditional and creative cocktails practicing prudent portion control.
* Make food and drink suggestions based on customer preferences and requests
* Process payments using a POS system
* Clean glasses and bar utensils
* Providing prompt, accurate and courteous beverage service for food and drink orders.
* Build rapport with customers to create a positive atmosphere
* Always maintain inviting, staged and clean guest and work areas
* Create and update drink menu
* Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
* Abides by all State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.
We have 2 floors, live music and a great view of South St.
We are looking for experienced, customer-service oriented bartenders with a following.
We prefer RAMP certified or willingness to get it within 6 weeks .
We offer a great food menu so applicants should know how to upsell.
Applicants should also take ownership of their tasks and engage fluently with any demographic.
