Our brewer, Tim, got to experiment with something brand new, and Philly Haze is the epic result 🍺 This 5.5% IPA was brewed in collaboration with White Labs, Lallemand, and Hopsteiner, featuring an experimental yeast strain called “Suava.” 😎 Fermented hot to enhance thiols, it brings out vibrant blueberry notes from Erebus hops, creating a hazy, fruit-forward IPA that’s smooth, juicy, and incredibly easy to drink.
