Moments In Time

My photo pages are not completed with one, simple program, that might give you 20 specific page layouts... like most commercial programs offer. I use between 2 & 4 different graphic editing programs PER PHOTO. I always have 2-3 running at the same time. I do this because, I want to get the *best* out of each photo & complete the best page I can. I want it YOURS PERSONALLY. If the photo is not clear, I may use one program to sharpen it, I may use another to change the depth of field (blur the background some), I may use another to brighten & make your photo *pop*. I may use some part of a photo to help make a corresponding graphic to work with your page. I.e., in my page of the Disneyland Castle (in the vacation video samples) I made a photo frame and the border 'bar' on the corresponding page to work with the castle. There are MANY steps to my pages. I start with a background. I make sure the color is the RIGHT color for the photos I'm using. I also make sure the texture of the background works well with the photo's. I then add any embellishment you desire. Each one is placed as a new layer. Some pages have 2 layers- some may have 32 layers. I add any of YOUR notes, poems, memories etc., that you add with the photo - it is YOUR photo page/book... YOUR memories :) I then make sure, they have a good 3D effect.... I work very hard to give these the most personal effect, to YOUR experience. A page done as I do it, may take a half hour to complete, but MOST take at least 1-2 hours, and MANY have taken 6+ hours to complete! It depends on what YOU- the owner of the photo's- decide you want your page to look like. It is YOUR choice and ALL cost the same- I do not charge more if the page takes more time to complete :) Please ask to see some of these pages in my actual photo albums- they are wonderful "in real life"... you will NOT be disappointed :)
