This Saturday at 4pm Cole Panther brings his talents back to the Outdoor Stage. Cole’s songwriting follows a long tradition of Americana legends such as Blaze Foley, Townes Van Zandt, Guy Clark, John Prine…among many others. If you haven’t caught his previous shows at Ernie’s…guess what? This Saturday is the day. Sunny, 76 degrees and MexiKens serving Comida Estupenda all day. Uh…yeah! It’s always an absolute pleasure when we see this wonderful couple stop by and catch up on life’s big adventures! Gabriel & Leonie found some free time in their busy schedule last week to pull up a stool, enjoy some good conversation, a few laughs and (of course) a couple cold ones. Today is Labor Day. One of our favorite National Holidays. Its roots run deep…back to the late 19th Century when American workers organized for fair wages, reasonable hours and safe working conditions. It’s a part of American History we should never forget…and NEVER take for granted. We have a long tradition here at Ernie’s of hosting those who have a better life because of the bravery of the Workers Rights Movement. Men and women who are at the forefront of this country’s productivity…and could use a cold, refreshing beverage at the end of the day and unwind a little. Cheers to all those of us who dig deep for a better future. Keep it going. We make this country better. Every single day ⚡️

We have a lot of canine friends who visit Ernie’s along with their human counterparts and this charmer, Meatloaf, has been one of our all-time favorites. Period. We absolutely adore her. It breaks our hearts that she recently shed this mortal coil and will no longer be curled up at the mango bar, ready for scratches and treats. Our most sincere condolences to Michael and all those who were so very close to Meatloaf. She will be dearly missed ♥️

We want to thank EVERYONE for helping create such a memorable Anniversary Weekend, including Todd Troublemaker (seen here shredding his ukulele), Little Worth and the amazing Redwood Chrome for providing a KILLER day of musical performances!!
