Downtown is buzzing with progress and, naturally, we decided to join the fun. YES, we are open, but the patio is taking a brief timeout today (Monday) while the fresh cement dries on this new beauty.

First up Squeezebox by Urban Artifact Brewing. This seasonal Strawberry Midwest Fruit Tart only appears once a year, and when it’s gone… it’s gone. Made with real strawberries, real tartness, and zero funny business, this 8.2% beauty tastes like actual fruit and not candy pretending to be fruit. Bright, tart, jammy, and beautifully balanced.
