On March 20th, we attended Preston Jackson’s sculpture reveal at Peoria Bradley Park. It was a beautiful day with different communities getting together to celebrate the indigenous heritage here in Peoria. Preston selected me to be a model for his sculpture representing the Spanish and Native American people. The last two photos are of Carla and I and of me in the sculpture. It is definitely an honor to be apart of history.
