We all grew up with an image of what beer was, right? It was macho burly dudes watching football and drinking ice cold beer served by bikini clad babes with big, um, blonde hair. It was dads and grandpas and uncles sitting in lawn chairs and drinking from cans on a hot summer day. It was college roommates and frat boy friends doing keg stands while wearing togas. In 2005, we took a trip across the

pond. We spent time in London enjoying many different pints in many different pubs. It was there, in a pub near Paddington Station, that we realized we didn’t know sh*t about beer. Beer isn’t just a beverage. It’s a culture. At that point our interest in beer began. And after many travels and many different types of beers, that interest has developed into a passion. A passion we are compelled to share with others. Our passion for sharing good beer with good friends fueled the idea for our own brewery. We want our beer to be an experience. An experience that will change your mind and challenge what you think you already know about beer. We want you to expect more from the beer you drink. We want to shake things up. Get you out of your comfort zone. .

Another week, another new beer.

Check out “Unnecessary Evil” Juicy IPA.

This all new IPA explodes with juicy tropical aroma, bright citrus, and a punch of fresh grapefruit character. Soft on the palate with a smooth finish, it leans into waves of passionfruit, and citrus zest without getting overly sweet or heavy.

Be careful, it’s 6.4% ABV. This one is dangerously crushable while still delivering that bold hazy IPA punch.

After nonstop requests (just to annoy )for more hazy IPAs on tap, he decided to build something a little different…because we don’t like to follow the norms.

Introducing SMALL BLOCK — our new Session Hazy IPA.

Packed with huge tropical aroma, juicy hop character, and that smooth hazy finish you’ve been craving — but built lighter, cleaner, and endlessly drinkable at 5.5% ABV.

Think of it like a perfectly dialed-in small block Chevy: compact, reliable, and way more dangerous than it looks.

This one was brewed for long afternoons at the brewery, burgers in the kitchen, and “I’ll just have one” turning into three.

It’s going to be a busy day of dingers and draft picks.

NFL draft starts at 5:00

You know we will have all our TVs tuned in.

Even the beer needs a day to rest… 😉

We’ll be closed on Easter Sunday so our crew can spend time with family, hunt some eggs, and maybe crack a few cold ones of their own.

Don’t worry—we’ll be back pouring pints and slinging burgers on Tuesday.

OPENING DAY BABY!!! All TVs will have the Dbacks game on (with sound!) today! Derek will be running the bar tonight in gear, anyone who shows up wearing Dbacks gear get the rights to heckle Dodger fans who dare show their face in here.
