We have some exciting news to share with you all! After much deliberation and careful consideration, we are thrilled to announce the rebranding of Waters Edge Winery & Bistro of Peoria Heights to Peoria Heights Wine & Bistro. This marks a new chapter in our journey, as we take on a fresh new look, a new name, and an even more elevated experience for our valued guests.
We are proud to say that our commitment to exceptional food and service remains the same. Our mission has always been to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests, and we promise to continue doing just that. From bridal showers, baby showers, wedding rehearsals, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, and other monumental events, we understand that every moment counts, and we will continue to provide the same level of dedicated service that has earned us your loyalty and patronage.
We are also excited to introduce our new wine selection replacing the Waters Edge Wines you have come to love and support. This decision was not an easy one, but it was made amicably with both sides evaluating and taking their respective businesses in a different direction towards success. We are grateful to for the opportunity to provide Peoria with a taste of Southern California, and we look forward to applying this educational wine foundation to help this new brand progress as a wine bar and bistro.
The rebranding of our establishment also comes with additional creative control, which we plan to better serve our local community and guests. We want to create a path for Peoria Heights Wine & Bistro to succeed and become an even more integral part of the community. We hope you will join us in celebrating this new chapter and our BRAND Opening, which will be coming soon.
We want to thank you all for your support over the last 20 months. We know that change can be difficult and we appreciate your patience as we move forward into a new era of local experience.
