We also host Art à la Carte each month where we feature local artists in our restaurant. The Artist Reception is the 1st Wednesday of each month and our featured wines are available for a free tasting that evening. Meet our featured employee, Chef David!

Chef David has been part of the Jaco’s family for 10 years and has more than 30 years of cooking experience. His favorite dishes at Jaco’s include the Blackened Grouper Sandwich, Cornbread Andouille, and Pecan-Crusted Grouper. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys attending sporting events, watching the latest movies, and spending time with his grandchildren at their Little League football and basketball games.
