Meet our featured employee, Zoey!

"Hi, I’m Zoey! When I’m not at Jaco’s enjoying the beautiful sunsets and working alongside some truly amazing people, you can usually find me at the beach, drawing, dancing, or spending time with friends. One of my biggest passions is volunteering at Shorty’s Safe Haven, a horse rescue farm that provides equine therapy for at-risk youth. Being part of such meaningful work has inspired my future goals and deepened my love for helping others.

I’m currently planning to return to school to pursue equine-assisted social work, combining my passion for horses with my desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives. Whether I’m at the barn, on the beach, or at Jaco’s, I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by beautiful souls and doing work that makes a difference."

"I was born in Georgia and raised in right here in Pace. By day, I'm a dental hygienist, and recently I married my husband, Scott. I'm also a proud bonus mom to our two kids. Our family includes our beloved pets, Athena, Hazel, and Zazu, who keep life fun and interesting.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me outdoors. I love spending time on the boat, hiking, traveling, and just about anything that gets me outside. I recently picked up photography as a hobby and enjoy capturing memories from my adventures and everyday life.

Whether I'm exploring a new destination, spending time with family and friends, or relaxing with a good book, I love making the most of life's moments and creating memories with the people I love most."
