Returning to work can be a roller coaster of emotions! I like working with moms 4 weeks before they return to work to get them a solid plan. This gives us plenty of time to stick like milk, without over pumping and missing out on snuggles the last 1-2 weeks of maternity leave. Vitamin D is so good for postpartum mamas but make sure to protect your skin while soaking it up! While most sunscreens are “safe” mineral based sunscreens are a safer, cleaner option.

Pain is never “normal” with breastfeeding. The “lipstick print” ni***es after feeding is also NOT normal. If you are struggling don’t just “tough it out” let’s find out the root problem and fix it

Why does my milk smell sour?
Why won’t my baby take milk from a bottle?
It could be due to high lipase milk.
