Due to an unfortunate situation between what should be friendly neighbors, we are now forced to legally defend our business, it's name, and our intentions. We do not feel that we are in competition with the complaintant, but as a defense has been necessitated, we would like to make our sta

nce public so that rumors are not perpetuated in our small community...
