One last Friday night party before we pause, with some live music! Tonight we have the beloved duo, Mike and Laura Tusay—and we are bringing in Bruno to fire up the pizza oven plus we have Alyssa behind the bar! This is our last party for a while…..come celebrate all the good times we have had in this space!

Dear friends,

We started down this road three years ago with an idea of opening a place full of nostalgia, smiling faces and good food & drink; a fun bar in the midst of a liquor store in a building steeped in history. We aimed at the kind of place where you could grab a coffee, a six pack or stay a while and gather around the bar to enjoy some great pizza and a draft beer.

We always anticipated we would need to make some shifts as Lakeside evolved and now is that time for us.

We are going to take a pause over the next month. The kitchen will be closed.

The bar & packaged goods are open from Wednesday to Sunday 3p until 9ish, closing earlier on Sunday. ✨As we rethink our business model, we will be reducing our inventory, so there are some great buys…and Alyssa and John are mixing drinks & pouring craft draft beer.

We have a planned closing September 11th-through the 20th. And then we will look to re-emerge with a better version of Lakeside.

We are beyond grateful to our loyal staff & customers. Stay tuned.

We planned a perfect summer weekend for you starting with honoring the Chef’s all time favorite pizzeria, Papa’s, and a Chambersburg style Mustard pizza….with a thin crust, chunky San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh and shredded mozzarella, fresh garlic, sausage and a hint of spicy brown mustard! ☀️✨NEW AUGUST HOURS✨☀️

Starting this week, we will be open ✨Wednesday-Sunday✨from 11am!

You have all noticed some changes in the bar….on the walls….and some different seating. The feedback has been great!
These time changes allow us to reboot a bit (add in some more vintage & cozy charm) while also optimizing the great staff we have.

Chef Mike D continues to dazzle us with his weekly sandwich specials (filled with tender cuts of meat, secret sauces, and special spices…) and Alyssa is a joyful talent behind the bar.

And our thin crust pizzas, flatbreads, salads and draft craft beers are a constant crowd pleaser! Note: we have gluten free pizza…and it is sooooo good.🍕❤️

Some other things we are thinking about: a karaoke night, a board game night….and more tastings.
