Chef / Owner, David Russo, brings his knowledge of and passion for Cajun and Italian cuisines to Russo’s Restaurant, along with a specials menu that is updated nightly. Chef Russo learned the art of Cajun cooking at some of the finest and most well-known restaurants -- and under some of the most prestigious chefs -- in New Orleans, such as such as Gallatoire’s, K-Paul’s Lousiana Kitchen (under Pau

l Prudhomme), Commander’s Palace, and Emeril’s (under Emeril Lagasse). Chef Russo’s Italian heritage also is apparent on the menu, where recipes he learned from his grandmother are highlighted.
