The SLCC Ladies League ended their season with a Solheim Cup competition. Great news - the red team AKA the USA took first place! Thanks ladies, for being a valued part of the SLCC family! Your contributions in spirit, plus donations for clubhouse and course improvements are greatly appreciated.

Congratulations to all the winners last night at our annual summer raffle. This is an important fundraiser and we thank everyone who bought a ticket in support of SLCC. It’s also an important social event filled with laughter and a sense of community. Thanks to all who make it happen!

A hearty group of golfers turned out for the Club Championship on Saturday, playing through intermittent pouring rain and sprinkles. We applaud everyone who played, and thank the entire Swan Lake crew for a well-run tournament, beautiful fairways and greens, lush rough, and excellent drinks and food available in the clubhouse. We had entrants in 5 of the 6 divisions, with the final round played this morning. Congratulations to all the winners!

Club Championship starts tomorrow! Please see the pairings. Regardless of your first tee time, we’d love to have everyone there before 8:00 for rules and announcements etc. We expect to start on time, but throughout the day the tee times might need to be adjusted as matches finish early or go longer. Let’s make it a fun weekend! If you know someone who isn’t on Facebook and is playing, please share. This will also be posted at the clubhouse this afternoon.
