Hillside Rod & Gun Club Call for Nominations
2025-2026 Board Positions
We are currently seeking nominations for the Board of Trustees of Hillside Rod & Gun Club. The Board consists of 11 Officers to include a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
The following 5 positions are open for nominations.
- Treasurer to serve a one-year term.
- Secretary to serve a one-year term.
- Officer to serve a three-year term.
- Officer to serve a three-year term.
- Officer to serve a three-year term.
Returning officers for 2025-2026 are as follows.
- Donald Ascani to serve remaining two-year term.
- Joelynn Capozzolo to serve remaining two-year term.
- Jake Ascani to serve remaining two-year term.
- Frank Communale to serve remaining one-year term.
- Chuck Klingle to serve remaining one-year term.
- Pete Farensbach to serve remaining one-year term.
Nominations will be open thru Friday March 14, 2025. Elections will take place on Saturday March 15, 2025 from 1:00pm - 4:00pm. In order to vote, you must have an active membership for 2025 and must present your membership card when voting.
