Tuesday April 25th the Noble Experiment will be hosting a delicious 4 course wine dinner. Our wines are presented by Beviamo International and our meals will be prepared by the talented Chef Steve.
Our evening will begin at 6:30pm and tickets will be $90 per person. Our seats are filling up fast, so please contact us about a spot as soon as possible!

Hello Everyone,
We are always looking to push the envelope on creating flavorful and unique cocktails. Today, Robert Sanchez created the "When Monkeys Play with Flowers". Robert describes this drink as, "a gin based drink with great balance. The floral notes dance on your tongue, and creates layers of flavor as you enjoy. Has a smidge of tart to create a slight sweetness to it." Come and get yours tonight! We can't wait to serve you.

Hello Pearland,

Grazia & The Noble Experiment are making some changes for our guests! We hear often that many of you find Grazia to be too busy on a Friday or Saturday. So, with that being said...we are now transitioning The Noble Experiment to an area for you to dine in!

That's right! Wednesday - Saturday we will have the space open for adult dining! We will accept reservations of all sizes 1+ for the speakeasy side only. This space is perfect for date nights, anniversaries, or any special occasions! Seating will be limited so book early! Simply call our hostess at 832-230-8873 to reserve your spot today!

The Speakeasy bar will be open for normal bar service as well. The bar will be seated on a first come first serve basis, as well as we will now serve the full happy hour and dinner menu in the speakeasy. You will no longer need a password; however, the dress code is business casual. The room is also available to be rented out for the evening, so feel free to give us a call regarding details.
