Meet Jesus Enriquez, a U.S. resident from Tampico Tamaulipas, Mexico, with extensive experience in Atlanta's restaurant scene! Working in about 20 establishments, he transitioned from dishwasher to chef. Eight years ago, he pursued his dream of entrepreneurship by launching a fleet of three food trucks. Then, on October 6, they celebrated the opening of their first brick-and-mortar restaurant: Chuy's Taqueria Bar & Grill! 🎉🌮
