The air around Shakes Cajun Hideaway last night must have been smelling amazing! Thank you Matt @ Meat Church BBQ for these recipes. Mexican Brisket and Mexican Pulled Pork. 3ish more hours until they are ready. Don't be mad though, I'm going to finish them in Birria Sauce from Cowboy Kent Rollins.
