About Us: At Pine Room, we are dedicated to providing a welcoming atmosphere and delicious cuisine to our guests at the scenic Scotch Pines Golf Course. We take pride in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and talented Cook to join our culinary team at the Pine Room. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, skill, and a positive attitude to help us deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Monitor and manage inventory. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operation. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications: Previous experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

We're going to be hosting a little bit of fun for the Super Bowl. Come on over to Scotch Pines to watch the big game.
