This dish by chef Scott was truly Amazing! So much that we would love to put it on the menu. Unusually good! This was made with smoked pit ham, Cajun shrimp, in a simmered spicy vegetable broth. This weekend features corn fritters with corn chowder, a Palmetto burger and Berry Berry shortcake for dessert! The light and fluffy corn fritters taste great with a little sweet chili dip. The palmetto burger features our smash patty, house made cheddar, green olives and pimento with candied jalepeno, hot honey sauce, grilled onion. The shortcake is with our house made grilled buttermilk biscuit and house berry jam, whipped topping. added bonus ……..is a brand new tap list every line this week! 🌴❤️

This past weekend chef Jarrod created a special dish KOREAN BBQ NOODLES! It was a huge hit and we sold out Friday and nearly sold out on Saturday. Lindsey our lead Bartendar was hired for a special project to help her with her civil engineer portfolio. She will be building out the backyard this season. She has a budget of $2500 to finish with. This is a special challenge to help our friends and teammate. Let’s all wish her great success and we can’t wait to see what she comes up with for the launch party with such a small budget!!!!
