Our Crab Cakes are Back! Fresh, Unpasteurized, Jumbo Lump Crab Meat is Available Again. We Have Not Had Them on our Menu for the Last Few Weeks. Winter Weather has Hampered our Availability. We Only Use South or North Carolina Crab ( sometimes Alabama in a pinch). We Never Use South American Pasteurized, Frozen Local, Canned Chinese or any Other Asian Country's Crab. We Only Use the Best of the Best.
