The Basil-Cucumber-Ginger Martini
Cheers!!

Ingredients:
2.5 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
6-8 Fresh Basil Leaves
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
1/4 tsp. Grated/Minced Ginger
3 oz. Cucumber Pureé*

Add Gin, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Ginger & Cucumber Pureé* to a shaker. S***K the Basil and add to shaker.
Add ice and shake.

*Cucumber Pureé:
Peel and cut cucumber. Add to blender. Blend for 20 seconds. Ready.

Pour into martini/coupe glass
Garnish with Basil Leaves.
Enjoy!!

Cheers!!

Ingredients:
2 oz. Tequila
3/4 oz. Triple Sec
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
3 oz. Pineapple Pureé*
3 Slices Fresno Chile Peppers with Seeds 🌶️

Place all ingredients into a shaker and add ice. Shake and pour.
*Peel and cut fresh pineapple into chunks. Blend for 10-20 seconds. Ready!!!
Garnish Glass with Tajin.
Enjoy!!!

2 oz. Tequila
2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Agave Syrup
Citrus Club Soda

In a rocks glass, add ice, tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave syrup.
Stir to combine. Top off with citrus club soda.
Rim glass with Tajin. Add lime wheel.
Enjoy!!

Cheers!!

Ingredients:
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
2 Sprigs of Rosemary

Add rosemary and simple syrup to a shaker and gently muddle.

Add ice and the rest of the ingredients.
Shake and pour in sugar rimmed martini glass.
Garnish with Rosemary sprig and lemon wheel.

Top Off With Club Soda

Add mint, lime juice, and simple syrup to a tall glass and lightly muddle. Add ice and rum. Top off with club soda.
