We're setting the mood, dark spirits, eerie garnishes, and cocktails that look like they crawled straight out of a haunted speakeasy. Our cocktail class is dressed up and ready for the season.

On this day 1 year ago, I officially launched my mobile bar business.
Through ups, downs, pauses, reflection, and so much more I am proud of my growth with Citrus and Sage. I know there is more to learn and more to create, I am excited and ready!!!

What you don't see before the party starts.

By the time we get to your event with our bar and a smile, hours of prep have already happened behind the scenes.

🧊 Prepping juices, syrups, and garnishes
📦 Packing (and re-packing) every tool, glass, and ingredient down to the last lime
🚐 Loading up and hauling the bar and more to your venue
🛠️ Building the entire setup, bar, ice, décor, before a single guest arrives
✅ A final walkthrough to make sure everything's dialed in before showtime

It's a lot of moving pieces so that when your event starts, all you have to do is show up and enjoy it. That's the whole point.
