It's a time to celebrate love, authenticity, acceptance, and the freedom to be exactly who you are. It's also a reminder of the incredible community that continues to support, uplift, and inspire one another every day.

Guinness old fashioned
2 oz bourbon5 oz Guinness or Guinness syrup ( recipe below)
1 tsp simple
Few dashes bitters
Guinness foam
Topped with cocoa powder

Guinness syrup (replaces simple and Guinness)
Simmer brown sugar and Guinness on the stove top till sugar dissolves. Let cool and refrigerate. (Lasts about a week)
