🥂 Wedding #2 of the weekend, and what a night! 🍾💍

Kilkerrin was the perfect backdrop for Rhys & Zach’s beautiful wedding! 🤍 This gorgeous rustic barn was filled with love, laughter, and a whole lot of partying! Even with those chilly temperatures, the celebration never slowed down. Guests were outside enjoying the ch*****ne wall, hitting the dance floor, and making memories all night long! 🥂💃🕺

And then came the mother-daughter dance to “Slipping Through My Fingers” from Mamma Mia… 😭❤️ Not gonna lie, that one got me right in the feels! Some moments remind us that this job is about so much more than pouring drinks. It’s about being part of memories that last a lifetime.

Some weddings just hit you right in the feels. 🥹❤️🍹

This one had it ALL! A beautiful setting, a packed dance floor, drinks flowing, and so much love filling the room. 💃🥂

And then came the brother of the groom’s speech… 😭 Let’s just say our bartenders were behind the bar crying right along with him! ❤️ Those are the moments that remind us weddings are about so much more than just a party.

It’s the heartfelt speeches, the little personal touches, the details that mean something, the laughter, the happy tears, and the memories being made all around you. Every little touch added something special, and we were so lucky to be part of it!

Everyone sees the pretty cocktails and the fun we bring to the party… but what you DON’T see is all the work that happens BEFORE we ever pour the first drink! 🍸

Just THIS WEEKEND’S WEDDING required:

🧊 160 POUNDS OF ICE
🍋 10 lbs of sliced limes
🍋 5 lbs of sliced lemons
🍈 15 lbs of freshly squeezed lime juice for margaritas
🍋 5 lbs of freshly squeezed lemon juice
🍎 5 lbs of apples sliced and soaked
🍯 7 CUPS of homemade simple syrup

And that’s just the prep! 😳 We’re washing, slicing, squeezing, mixing, packing, loading, setting up, and making sure every little detail is ready before your guests ever walk up to the bar.

Because at Thirsty Hitch, we don’t believe in cutting corners. Fresh juices, beautiful garnishes, and cocktails made with care take TIME, effort, and a whole lot of elbow grease! 💪🍹

And just because we’re not bringing the trailer doesn’t mean there’s any less work behind the scenes! 😉

This wedding understood the assignment. 🍻💍

The bride & groom turned a paddle into a SHOTSKI… and then climbed into a canoe on dry land to take shotskiing to a whole new level! 😂🥃🚣‍♀️

The guests were an absolute blast, the venue was gorgeous, and there was definitely no shortage of laughs, drinks, or questionable decisions. 😉🍾

We had SO much fun being part of this wedding and cannot wait to come back to this beautiful venue again! ❤️

🐴🍸 The Hitch pulled up to a horse farm wedding… and apparently the dogs wanted jobs. 😂🐶

The guests were amazing, the setting was gorgeous, the drinks were flowing—and the four-legged wedding crashers were VERY interested in becoming our newest bartenders.

Honestly… we’ve had worse interviews. They showed up on time, looked adorable, and clearly knew how to work a crowd. 😂🍹

Between the horses, happy guests, wagging tails, and a whole lot of celebrating, this wedding was one for the books!

Thirsty Hitch: where even the dogs want to work with us. 🐾🥂
