Many of you have been asking for an update. Well the sale on my property fell through. We had a sale after the closing of Shooters, that money went to the start of the payouts. The payouts take place every two weeks, when I get paid names are drawn as to how much money I made. This will continue until all of the BCA players have been paid. Money orders will be mailed out instead of trying to meet to cut down on the hassles.

By the end of this week letters will mailed out to the VNEA players who played in our in-house league. Payouts for this league will be handled the same way.

The following players have been paid for Wednesday night BCA:

We will keep posting names as they are paid until everyone has received their money.

It has been a rough couple of weeks to say the least. I do want to let everyone know that payouts have continued. I am putting every dime in a kitty and every time it gets close to a thousand, my attorney is drawing names for payout. Its the fairest way we could come up with. I appreciate the people who have taken the time to reach out, again it means more than you know. Moving out of that building and being constantly reminded of the effort of so many people come to an end has been one of the hardest things I have ever done. I was talking with investors, ready to make the next move downstairs and had an awesome guy coming on board to run it. We were gonna make the downstairs into a music hall with a dancefloor and move all the games and tables upstairs. Things were looking so great. BOOM. Life changed dramatically and it has been tough. Despite what some people choose to believe everyone will get what they have coming. My oldest son was in a pretty bad car wreck today and thank God he is ok but it really put a new perspective on this whole ordeal. In time I will have paid all my debts and still be me and life will go on, albeit with a few less "friends" but definitely better. Then there will be more time to focus on my true friends and family. I have said for some time that in today's world the best teacher can lose their everything if a student starts a rumor. My cell phone number is 740 629 4945. You want to talk, give me a call. I met with Mr Madison, an auctioneer, yesterday and explained the situation. He is going to help immediately and for that I am grateful. I am also trying to push the closing on the sale of my property which will help tremendously. No information from attorney yet as far as funds removed. Letters will be going out in tomorrow's mail to each pool player with explanations and expectations of how this will be resolved. I know a lot of you are counting on this money and between the aforementioned and me working this matter will be resolved promptly. Again I am sorry and I do want to thank those of you who have reached out, it means more than you know. Again as more information becomes available I will share immediately.

Unfortunately my past has caught up with me. I have a meeting with an attorney today to see what can be done. I explained that it was not my money and showed all the league and payout information, and now I have to have an attorney basically do the same. I am sending everyone a copy of their team's payouts breaking down each player. Some checks have been cashed, and I will strive everyday to cash more. As I have said previously everyone WILL get there money. I do apologize to everyone again for this, I cannot emphasize enough how bad I feel about all this. I look back and can come up with about 100 ways I could have not been in this situation. Between the sale of my property, and an upcoming auction I should have enough to pay everyone. If I have to sell everything I own, I will.

I have been told this has nothing to do with Shooters and I have a meeting with them this afternoon, the IRS. I know everyone hates me right now and I do not blame you. But I will not "unfriend" you and as I have said before, I will make this right. I have all ready lost some really good friends, my business and my livelihood so don't think for a second that any of your remarks don't add salt to the wound. Obviously I will know more after my meeting with them, so unless I am in jail, I will update after. Each and everyone of you will get what you have coming. In fact, I will post individual pay outs.

I said that I would keep everyone posted as I try and figure this out. I have been on the phone with bank and the IRS and I have been told what I need to do to get this cleared up. I have not been in contact with Huntington Bank as of yet. There is an offer on the table for one of my properties and I am going to take it. I don't care if I have to sell everything I have, this will be taken care of.
