Pioneer Elementary PTO - Parent Teacher Organization We are a grassroots PTO, looking to make a big impact on our amazing Parker school. All parents welcome to join! We are a chapter of DCEF.

We focus on creating lasting memories for every child, showing support and gratitude for our 90+ staff + raising funds to improve our school. Pioneer Education Foundation "PEF" serves as Pioneer's Parent/Teacher organization. Our goal is to enhance the quality of education for our students by raising funds that benefit our students and staff.

As the Fun Run winds down this week, just wanted to put out an early reminder that all final donations need to be locked in by Sept. 18th.

So far we have hit $24,530.60 and still counting.

Tonight is a good night for TACOS!!

Come out and join us over at Cencalli Taqueria and Agaveria tonight for some great Mexican Food and atmosphere. 20% of the proceeds from tonight will be donated back to the Pioneer Community.

Mention Pioneer Spirit Night to your server.

If you have trouble finding a parking spot, recommend parking in the PACE Center Garage. It's free and a nice short walk over to the restaurant.

Pioneer Community,

It was an AMAZING Fun Run on Friday!

Our students ended up running 7,064 laps which is equivalent to 442 miles! That’s like running from Pioneer to Lubbock, TX! That's some mileage!

Congratulations to our Class and Spirit Winners!
Mrs. Rusk's class ran the most laps per student and earned extra recess!
THIRD (3rd) grade had the best spirit and has earned Bling Rings. The r4fun staff loved all the spirit and costumes, but the song really nailed it for them.

We are currently at $23,849.60 of our $22,000 school goal. Absolutely smashing, but let's smash it even harder.

There are still grade, class, and individual goals that can be reached for students.

Grade Prize:
Top Dollar (average $/student) gets to Slime The Principal

Classroom Prizes:
$60 / Student = Grade - Silent Disco Party
$70 / Student = Grade - Photo Bot

Individual Prizes:
$50 Prize Trolley Fun Buck
Every $50 earns an additional Prize Trolley Fun Buck
$100 = Hamster Ball @ School
$300 = Velcro Wall @ School
$500 = Inflatable Gift Card ($175 value)

Other prizes:
$400 per family = Ceiling Tile Painting

It's time for another Spirit Night!!

Join us on Wednesday, September 16th at Cencalli Taqueria and Agaveria, in Parker, from 4PM to Close. Come enjoy great food and atmosphere while supporting Pioneer Elementary where 20% of purchases gets donated back to our school community!

Let's Get Hyped and Ready Timberwolves,

Tomorrow is the Fun Run, and we are now over 77% ($17k) of the way to our goal of raising $22k for our students.

We appreciate all of the donation support submitted so far and please remember that you can still sponsor and submit new or add to donations for your student(s) from now all the way thru September 18th.

With the donations submitted so far, the students have earned Popsicles and a Foam Party on Run Day as well as an Obstacle Course on Prize Day (Oct 1).

Students also get individual prizes for various donation amounts. As an example, the first prize is at $50, and the next prizes are at $100 etc. You can check to see how close your student(s) is to the next break point on the parent portal and matching it up to the prize list on the prizes tab.

Also, please make sure your student(s) have turned in their "Star Jar" tickets for chances to win a prize drawing next week!

Remember to have your student(s) wear running shoes or sneakers, have a spritz of sunscreen, and bring their water bottle.

For everyone coming to watch; check grade run times, bring a blanket, chair, coat, drink, umbrella, sunscreen, Colorado weather contingencies, and a whole lot of cheer for all of our kiddos!!

Let's have a great time while raising donations to smash our fundraising goals and help support the Pioneer students and community.
