We had a very special guy with a birthday during our Northwoods Kentucky Derby so we celebrated him a day early. Happy birthday Chip!!!! We sure love the sass, comments, and spirit you bring to liven the place up 🤣

Another successful tick race in the books! 45th annual was taken by Tick-awwf, Josh Recha from Weyauwega, Wi. A very close second place was Wolverine whose trainer was 7 year old Ellis Stark. There were 187 ticks registered this year. A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy the day and festivities. This day wouldn't have been possible without the great friends, family, and some of the best customers you could ask for. We all made it come together. Thank you too, Saving Grace Animal Rescue Inc. for joining us and giving a little extra fun and love to the day. Can't wait to see you all next year!

The posters are ready. The Woodtick Races, also referred to as the Northwoods Kentucky Derby, will take place in approximately five weeks. Registration will begin at 11:00 a.m. and conclude with the first heat. Entertainment by Gman and Lisa will start at noon.
