Join Burnt Barn Distillery on Friday, June 26, starting at 5:30 p.m. as they celebrate the release of their very first Burnt Barn Bourbon Whiskey. Be among the first to taste this inaugural single-barrel, small-batch bourbon while enjoying live music from Decades and delicious food from Big B's BBQ, Baker Street Bistro, and Green Paradise.

More than a whiskey release, this event is a celebration of the resilience, craftsmanship, and community spirit that make the Paradise Ridge such a special place to visit and call home.

Whether you're coming up from Chico, Oroville, or beyond, this is the perfect excuse for a grown-up evening out. Leave the kids with a sitter, gather some friends, and enjoy a night of great food, music, and local hospitality.

This month's cocktail is the Paradise Bourbon Ridge. Simple, refreshing, and made with our newly released Bourbon Whiskey.

Paradise Bourbon Ridge

Ingredients
2 oz Burnt Barn Bourbon5 oz Cointreau5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Sugar
Lemon wedge
Lemon peel spiral

Directions

1.Prepare the glass:
Rub the rim of a chilled sour glass the lemon wedge and rim with sugar.

2.Shake:
Burnt Barn Bourbon, Cointreau and lemon juice vigorously with ice.

3.Strain:
Double strain into the prepared glass.

4.Top & garnish:
Garnish with your spiral lemon peel.
