We’re hosting a 5-course wine dinner on April 20th at 6 PM featuring Mason Noir Wines, each pour perfectly paired with a dish that knows exactly how to show it off.
It’s giving bold flavors, great company, and just enough wine to make you consider ordering a case (which, conveniently… you can 😉). Bottles and cases will be available for purchase after the dinner so you can keep the night going at home.

Sun’s out, patio’s open… and dinner is looking real good. 😎🌿
Today’s spotlight at Pine & Black Bistro is our SOCKEYE SALMON — wild troll caught fillet, seared medium and topped with a bright green onion-ginger glaze, crispy panko crumbs, and served with Jasmine rice, sweet corn, basil oil, and a miso-sesame-peanut vinaigrette.
Fresh, flavorful, and basically begging to be enjoyed outside with a drink in hand. ☀️🍷
We’re open 11–9 today with Happy Hour from 3–5:30, so grab a patio seat, soak up the weather, and let us handle the cooking.

Happy Wing Wednesday… aka your midweek excuse to get a little messy. 😏🍗
Today’s star at Pine & Black Bistro is our HULI-HULI CHICKEN WINGS — one pound of crispy, rice flour dredged wings tossed in that sweet-savory huli-huli sauce and served with garlic aïoli for dipping. And yes… they’re gluten friendly, so more people can get in on the goodness.
Bonus? They’re $4 off during Happy Hour (3–5:30)… which feels like a sign you should absolutely order them.
