A team player with strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment. The person is highly organized, meets deadlines and thrives in a fast-paced setting to serve delicious food and maintain high quality standards. Capable of executing one or more kitchen stations, preparing food for use on the line and cleaning the kitchen and equipment efficiently, makes this role a critical member of a fun and top-notch kitchen crew.

Competitive wages based on experience

Essential Responsibilities:
-Knowledgeable of employee handbook and all kitchen procedures of operation
-Arrive on time and in uniform
-Follow rules of conduct; food safety and sanitation measures; opening, closing and cleaning procedures
-Follow food safety and quality standards
-Food Prep according to recipes at Chef’s direction
-Evaluate shelf life of products and report any issues to Chef daily
-Report to Chef with any product loss for waste management records
-Assist training new staff on all appropriate stations
-Execute line positions as needed based on staffing and business levels
-Ensure guests receive their food in accordance with established standards in a timely fashion

Qualifications:
-Must be 18 years of age
- 2+ years of high volume dining preferred.
-Can work independently and with a team (in close proximity)
-Quick learner
-Strong attention to detail and respect for cleanliness and sanitation
