The Swift Campout 2019 is quickly approaching so I'm getting my old Trek 720 ready. I scored an Origin8 rack and a Wald 1392 over at the Squeaky Wheel Bike Shop in Palmdale and slapped it all together last night. That's a long build time.

This might look like a really old MTB....and it is, sort of. I built the frame and fork in 1988. The owner didn't get it painted for maybe 20 years. He didn't get it fully built until a few weeks ago. For 31 years this one has been waiting. The owner was an off-road unicyclist for most of that time. Now he gets to ride two wheels in the dirt.He had an interesting time locating period correct parts to build this one up. Campagnolo, no less !
