On September 29th, from 11am-3pm at The Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium you will have the opportunity to do so.

We are having The 8th Munch, Mingle & Much More Community Event. It is a family day at the park, with several activities for all. There will be a Band, a DJ, Lectures, Shows, An Inflatable Whack-A Mole. A Petting Zoo, A Pony Ride, Face Painting, Balloonist, Carnival Games, Disney Characters and More.

There will be be several Raffles that will benefit Autism Speaks Palm Beach. The three pictures are only a few of our items. The prizes are great and we want you to spread the word. All proceeds go directly to this great Non Profit Organization, so we welcome all.

There will be up to 100 local businesses and restaurants trying to obtain and win your business. We have 5 zones: A Health & Wellness, A professional, A Hands On, A Free Kids Zone and a Food Zone. The local businesses will be selling and offering great deals and discounts on their products. You can get coupons, discounted cards and even purchase certificates. They will also be giving items away.

You will receive a tote bag and program book at the entrance.The program book will have a list of all the businesses and an ad from each with special deals. The times of the lectures and shows will also be listed, along with the names of company. This way you know what is going on.

The tote bag will hold all your goodies from the vendors, instead of you stuffing your pocketbook and your pants or shirt pockets.

Admission is free for kids 12 and under and only $5 for adults.

You will have a fabulous time! You will eat and meet several of your neighborhood businesses. We would like to keep the money circulating within.

I had this event at Roger Dean in 2014. It was only my 3rd Munch, Mingle & Munch More and it was a huge success. We had 800-1000 attendees and 150+ vendors. It has been 5 years now and I have improved a great deal and have grown as well. Thus, I expect even more attendees since people know about my events. I gear this event mostly around the vendors. A happy vendor keeps my business going. Here are some of the benefits that the vendors receive.

There is a program book and tote bag distributed to all attendees at the entrance.The program book will consist of a 4" x 5" colored ad from each vendor. The company name will also be listed in the index, so the attendees can easily find you.The book also has the times of each show and lecture and who is presenting them. This way they know what is going on.The attendees do take the program book home.They may not need your services that day, but they may in the future. If you aren't at the event they will not have your information.This is a neighborhood event. You have to be in it to win it. You are letting people know who you are, where you are and what your services are.

I also have many raffle items to give away. They're great prizes, such as a cruise, a TV, Tiger Woods golf glove, $100 restaurant gift cards and much more. In order for people to participate in the raffles, they must write their name, telephone number and email address on their first ticket. Most people happily fill out their ticket in hopes to win a fabulous prize. After the event, l put all their information on a spread sheet and forward it to all the vendors. They will be potential clients and you can add them to your email list. In addition, wi-fi, electricity, and a 6' or 8' table with 2 chairs are included.

There will be entertainment for all ages. A band, a DJ, lectures, shows, a human whack-a-mole, a clown, face painting, a petting zoo, Disney Characters, a magician, and more.

Since business is a bit slow in the summer time, The 8th Munch, Mingle & Much More Event at The Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium comes at a perfect time.This is truly is a fantastic event, so please take advantage of this opportunity.
