Our Story
Talon Winery offers hand-crafted Colorado wines for your enjoyment. Whether you like dry whites, blushes, dry reds or dessert wines, you'll find a surprising treat. Owner/Winemaker Glenn Foster has deep roots in the wine business. His father founded and ran Ravenswood Winery in Sonoma, CA, for 30 years. Glenn's been making wine in the Grand Valley since 1995. Glenn's passion for falconry inspired him to name his business Talon Wine Brands. Talon Wine Brands encompasses a small family of three wineries: Talon Winery, Meadery of the Rockies and St. Kathryn Cellars.
