Yesterday we said goodbye to Charlie Alcini as he begins his next chapter.

Charlie has been an absolute pleasure to employ. His positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and willingness to jump in wherever he was needed made him an important part of our team and a familiar face to so many of our guests.

The restaurant business is a funny thing—people come into your life as employees, but the good ones leave as friends. Charlie is certainly one of those people.

While we’ll miss having him around the Bistro, we’re excited to see where this next chapter takes him. And truthfully, we’re hoping this isn’t really goodbye. Maybe our paths will cross again, or perhaps we’ll even find a way to work together down the road.

Charlie, thank you for everything you’ve brought to Victoria’s. We wish you nothing but success and happiness in this next chapter. Until then, you’ll always be part of the Victoria’s family.
