This week we’re bringing a taste of Havana to Downtown Oxford with our brand-new Cuban Mojo Eggroll!

Packed with tender mojo-marinated shredded pork, angel hair cabbage, carrots, and crisp water chestnuts, then hand-rolled and fried until perfectly golden and crunchy. Each order is served with a sweet and tangy pineapple sweet chili sauce that takes every bite to the next level.

🍽️ Quittin Time is back this week, and we’re bringing the crunch.

This week’s feature is our Free Range Chicken Katsu Slider — a tallow-fried, panko-crusted free-range chicken cutlet cooked until perfectly golden and crispy. We top it with a sweet-and-spicy Sriracha Ginger Katsu Don sauce and serve it over a refreshing Asian slaw made with Napa cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, and crisp Asian pears. All tucked into a grilled potato slider bun that soaks up every bit of flavor.

What makes this week even more special? This feature was created by one of our own culinary team members, Martin Ramirez, a proud graduate of the Vance-Granville Community College Culinary Arts Program. Martin has brought his passion, creativity, and attention to detail to this week’s Quittin Time offering, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.

The contrast of crunchy, juicy, sweet, spicy, and tangy makes this one of those bites that keeps you coming back for another.
