Each week at Verdigris, we feature special pasta dishes that you won’t find on our regular menu—giving our kitchen the opportunity to create something completely different for you to experience.

Our fresh pasta is made with imported Italian flour that is unbleached, unbromated, and sourced without glyphosate treatment. Just quality ingredients, traditional technique, and pasta made the way it should be.
