The Knickerbocker will be only accessible from the South on County Road 81 for the next 4 months due to the FM Diversion Project and Cass County 81 Road raise North of Hickson/Oxbow.
If you are heading to the Knickerbocker on County Road 81 (University Drive) South, Please follow the detour to I-29 on County Road 16 where the detour signs are located. Take I-29 South to Exit 50.
If traveling on I-29 North or South, Please take Exit 50 off of I-29 then East on County 18 to 4-way STOP on County 81, then turn left (North) to Hickson. If traveling North on County 81 from South of Hickson/Oxbow, proceed as normal to the Knickerbocker.

If you are coming from the Minnesota side. Please take Highway 75 to County Road 2 (Comstock Road), there will likely be a 2 mile gravel Detour on County Road 2. Then head West across the Red River to County Road 81. Then head North to the Knickerbocker. We apologize for your Inconvenience and APPRECIATE Your Support and Patience 🍺☀️
