🥐 Start with brunch and our Harvest Croissant—sliced turkey, crisp bacon and cranberry bleu cheese spread layered on a buttery croissant, served with your choice of chips or fries. $16

🐟 Then stick around for our Sunday Family Special: Fish & Chips with house salad—two dinners for just $22 in-house or $24 to-go.

We regret to inform you that choosing what to order for dinner just got considerably harder.

Do you go Chicken Beurre Blanc — golden pan-seared chicken with silky lemon beurre blanc?

Do you go Tzatziki Salmon — grilled salmon with cool, creamy tzatziki?

Or do you throw everyone a curveball and order the Golden Cauliflower Steak with golden raisin & parsley chutney…and maybe add filet mignon because you contain multitudes? 😂

Before you make that decision, there are Clams Casino and steamers with drawn butter to consider.

Afterward? Pineapple Upside Down Cake or Apple Pie Cheesecake.

And while you’re thinking it all over, we’ll pour you a Cuba Libre. 🍹

I was feeling a little homesick this week. ❤️

Before The Cellar, there was Carson’s Woodside Tavern in Malta, NY — my Dad’s restaurant and a place that will always feel a little bit like home.

So, in a completely selfish move, I asked Chef Matt if he’d bring back one of my old CWT favorites for lunch this week:

THE WOODSIDE — $18
House roast beef, bacon, cheddar cheese & horseradish piled onto grilled rye, served with your choice of fries or chips.

Selfish of me? Perhaps. 😂
But wait ’til you try it.

A little taste of my Dad’s place, now being served at ours — and that makes this one pretty special to me. ❤️

And if you ever find yourself up near Saratoga, I might also recommend stopping into Carson’s Woodside Tavern and giving the original a try when they feature it. 😉 Consider me slightly biased.

🥩 Béarnaise Strip Steak — 12 oz. New York strip, charbroiled to your liking and finished with classic béarnaise. $46

🍷 Pork Saltimbocca — pork loin rolled with prosciutto & fresh sage, pan-seared and finished with a delicate white w**e pan sauce. $30

Lunch is not the time for restraint. 😉

Go all in with our Blackened Chicken Caesar Wrap, a dozen steamers swimming toward drawn butter, or the Kansas City Dog piled with mustard, sauerkraut and Swiss.

Add a cup of Tomato Basil or Creamy Dill & Salmon soup and call it a very productive afternoon.

Because apparently wrapping a hot dog in bacon wasn’t enough…

THE BLT DOG 🥓🍅🥬
A bacon-wrapped 1/4 lb all-beef hot dog with crisp lettuce, fresh tomato & mayo, tucked into a toasted, buttery roll.

It’s a BLT.
It’s a hot dog.
It’s completely unnecessary.

And we’re absolutely obsessed with it. 😂
