Becoming an entrepreneur is both challenging and highly rewarding in my professional life and personal life. I do not have children, but I treat this business like it is my baby. Many people don’t know about the behind the scenes ups and downs in this field, but it’s something I have embraced and continued to learn from over the years.

I began with Buttercrust, expanded, and took another great risk with opening a huge sports bar. I wanted it to become the “third place” for a community that I have deep love for. ❤️

I continue to strive to provide something for everyone- yes, everyone- and I thank every single guest for coming by and giving me a chance (and a 2nd, 3rd and 50th visit).

As we recently celebrated TWO years of being open in the community, winning the Best of Florida: Sports Bar is an amazing feeling. It really only happened because of my extended family- everyone who has supported OPP. 🏆

So THANK YOU to Oviedo, Central Florida, fellow UCF Alumni & the Oviedo Park Pub team.
I’m proud of earning this accomplishment before turning 40. ✨

Two years of packed game days, late nights, cold drinks, watch parties, celebrations, and a whole lot of memories made right here in Oviedo.

What started as a place to grab a drink has become a place where people meet up, bring their friends, cheer on their teams, celebrate milestones, and keep coming back week after week.

None of that happens without this community.

Thank you to everyone who has grabbed a seat at the bar, joined us for an event, supported us from day one, or discovered Oviedo Park Pub somewhere along the way.

Two years down, and we’re just getting started. 🍻❤️
